SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

(mailbox to go back home)

- letters and hugs can come from and to a3 characters, a3 fans, and a3 OCs
- it is highly encouraged (but not required) to include your username when submitting a letter in case we need to contact you to clarify something
- no nsfw submissions; though mod is an adult, plenty of the account's followers are minors
- forms checked on weekends
— if you want your letter to be sent out on a specific date, please send it on or before the weekend before it's scheduled to be sent

- mod no longer accepts requests to write letters on behalf of the sender, sorry!
- any submissions that include triggering or hateful content will not be submitted.
— jokes are fine, and including tone indicators is encouraged in case it might not come across to the sendee or mod
- DMs to submit hugs/letters will be ignored; use the forms for those!
- read the forms carefully when submitting!
- if you wish to remove a submission, send us a DM!
